		<description>Yes, please let&#039;s leave the &quot;wars&quot; to George Bush (although that&#039;s not a real great idea either, is it?).  Anyhow, this whole idea that what happened in the 1950&#039;s was the norm is so overblown.  It was a unique aberration in history, and none of us can say our mothers came through it unscathed.  I&#039;m a working single mom who just moved to a &quot;traditional&quot; suburb and I can&#039;t tell you how helpful the moms who stay at home have been! But part of that might be because I&#039;ve found the right mix for me between work and being home, and I&#039;m comfortable with my choices.  But I guarantee it&#039;s not the right mix for someone else; just like my choice of career or how I dress wouldn&#039;t be right for someone else either!  Great blog item!</description>
