And, like most easy fix solutions, this one likely will be revisited in time. Does Ohio's change in policy signal a larger shift among the States? Not likely. In fact, several States have recently instituted mandatory compressed workweeks - in an effort to counter rising gas costs. Move over Ohio; flextime is here to stay.
