		<description>This is an unfortunate example of bureaucratic mindset, where administrative efficiency trumps employee morale -- or even retention.  And, like most easy fix solutions, this one likely will be revisited in time.    Does Ohio&#039;s change in policy signal a larger shift among the States?  Not likely.  In fact, several States have recently instituted mandatory compressed workweeks - in an effort to counter rising gas costs.  Move over Ohio; flextime is here to stay.</description>
