		<description>Call me a pessimist, but I think the recession will make it easier for &quot;unenlightened&quot; managers and organizations to continue in exploitative and prescriptive workplace policies, rather than empowering employees and working together to make a better company. But the structural issues in the labor force will continue unabated and eventually I think those organizations that harness their employees&#039; energy and win their trust will produce results that speak for themselves.</description>
